No responses of limbs, except for reflex movements
No response to painful stimuli, except for reflex movements

Treatment
Following external measures may be tried as a first aid and a specialist should be consulted as early as possible.
External Applications
1. Nasya of powdered bark of Kaphala (box myrtle)
2. Ajana of Pippali, Apamarga, Vianga
3. Shrill sharp unpleasant noise.
4. Brisk massage of body.
5. Treatment given under Murccha may be helpful.
