Treatment
Single Drugs

1. Svarasa (juice) of fruit ofAmalaki (embelic myrobalan)-14 to 28 ml. to be taken with 5 to 10 g. Sarkara (raw sugar) twice a day.

2. Leaf Svarasa (juice) of Guuci-14 to 28 ml. to be taken with 5 to 10 g. Sarkara (raw sugar) twice a day.

3. Svarasa (juice) of Kakodumbara (gular-fig green)-14 to 28 ml. to be taken with 4 to 6 g. honey twice a day.

4. Svarasa (juice) of leaf of Vasa-14 to 28 ml. to be taken with 5 to 10 g. Sarkara (raw sugar) twice a day.

5. Kalka of green Kadali (plantain)-50 to 100 g. to be taken with 5 to 10 g. Gua (jaggery) twice a day.

6. Powdered fruit rind ofAmalaki (embelic myrobalan)-1 to 3 g. to be taken with 50 ml. water twice a day.

7. Powder of bark of ASoka-1 to 2 g. be taken with 100 to 250 ml. milk twice a day.

8. Powder of fruit of Badara (jujube)-1 to 3 g. to be taken with 5 to 10 g. Gua (jaggery) twice a day.

9. Bhumyamalaki Cura-3 to 6 g. to be taken with Taulodaka (rice washing)-50 to 100 ml. twice a day.

10. Powder of Suddha Laksa (lac)-1 to 2 g. to be taken with 100 to 250 ml. milk twice a day.

11. Powder of bark of Lodhra-1 to 3 g. to be taken with Taulodaka (rice washing)-50 ml. twice a day.

12. Powdered NagakeSara (stamen of indian iron wood tree)-1 to 3 g. to be taken with Taulodaka (rice washing)-50 ml. twice a day.

13. Powdered root of KuSa (sacred grass)-1 to 3 g. to be taken with Taulodaka (rice washing)-50 ml. twice a day.

14. Powder of root of Bala (country mallow)-1 to 3 g. to be taken with 100 to 250 ml. milk twice a day.

Simple Preparations

1. Suddha Gairika (ochre)-250 to 500 mg. to be taken with 4 to 6 g. honey twice a day.

2. Powder of Paika Lodhra-1 to 3 g. to be taken with the decoction of bark of Vaa (banyan)-14 to 28 ml. twice a day.

3. Powder of Moca-Rasa (gum of silk cotton tree)-2 g. to be taken with 2.5 g. of Pravala Bhasma and Taulodaka (rice washing )-50 ml. twice a day.

4. Powder of equal part of leaf of Slesmataka (subsetian) and Taula (rice)-3 to 6 g. to be taken with 50 ml. water or 100 to 250 ml. milk twice a day.

5. Powder of equal part of Suhi (dried ginger) and Bharangi-3 to 6 g. to be taken Taulodaka (rice washing)-50 to 100 ml. twice a day.

6. Powder of equal part of fruit rinds ofAmalaki (embelic myrobalan) and Haritaki (chebulic myrobalan), and Rasajana-3 to 6 g. to be taken with water thrice a day.

7. Powder of equal part of roots of KuSa (sacred grass) and Bala (country mallow)-6 to 12 g. to be taken twice a day.

8. Powder of equal part of Krsa Lavaa, fruit of Jiraka (caraway), root of Yasimadhu (glycyrrhiza), Nilotpala (blue lotus petel), ground in six times of its weight of curd and Tila Taila (gingelly oil) to be taken in 6 to 12 g. dose twice a day.

9. Powder of equal parts of root of Yasimadhu (glycyrrhiza) and Sarkara (raw sugar)-3 to 6 g. to be taken with Taulodaka (rice washing)-50 ml. twice a day.

10. Powder of equal part of Rasajana and root of Tauliyaka (a variety of amaranth)-3 to 6 g. to be taken with Taulodaka (rice washings)-50 to 100 ml. twice a day.

Compound Preparations

1. Candraprabha Vai: 2 to 4 vai to be taken with water twice a day.

2. Silajatvadi Vai: 1 to 2 Vai to be taken with water twice a day.

3. Pradarari Vai: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with honey sufficient to make a paste twice a day.

4. Pradarantaka Rasa: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with honey sufficient to make a paste twice a day.

5. Kamadudha Rasa: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with honey sufficient to make a paste twice a day.

6. Candrakala Rasa: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with honey sufficient to make a paste twice a day.

7. Vanga Bhasma: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with honey sufficient to make paste twice a day.

8. Trivanga Bhasma: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with honey sufficient to make a paste twice a day.

9. Kukkuaa Tvak (hens egg shell) Bhasma: 250 to 500 mg. to be taken with 4 to 6 g. honey twice a day.

10. Pradarari lauha: 120 to 250 mg. to be taken with 4 to 6 g. honey twice a day.

11. Lodhrasava: 14 to 28 ml. to be taken with equal quantity of water after meal.

12. Patrangasava: 14 to 28 ml. to be taken with equal quantity of water after meal.

13. ASokarisa: 14 to 28 ml. to be taken with equal quantity of water after meal.

External Applications

1. Douche of Paca Ksiri Kvatha mixed in tepid water or a disinfected fine cloth made into a tampon soaked in Paca Ksiri Kvatha and placed in the vagina.
