Compound Preparations
1. Triphala Guggulu: 2 to 4 Vai to be taken with warm water thrice a day.
2. Yogaraja Guggulu: 2 to 4 Vai to be taken with warm water thrice a day.
External Applications
1. Cut Bijapura (lemon) in two halves, warm in a saucepan and foment the ankle joint.
2. Hot Lepa root of Amalapari (rhubarb) to be applied on the ankle joint.
3. Pacagua Taila for massage.
