Treatment
Simple Preparations

1. Prepare decoction from the equal parts of fruit pulp of Bilva (bael), Suhi (dried ginger), fruit of Dhanyaka (coriander), root of Mustaka (motha) and rhizome of Sugandha Bala (valerian). its 14 to 28 ml. is to be taken once a day early in the morning.

2. Prepare decoction from the equal parts of whole plants of Paha (false pareira), Kiratatikta (chirata) and Parpaa (five leaved fumitory), root of Mustaka (motha), Suhi (dried ginger), indrayava (kurchi seed) and stem of Guuci. its 14 to 28 ml., to be taken twice a day in the morning and evening.

3. Prepare decoction from the equal parts of Suhi (dried ginger), root of Ativisa (indian atees), stem of Guuci, whole plant of Kiratatikta (chirata), and bark of Kuaja (kurchi). its 14 to 28 ml. is to be taken twice a day.

4. Prepare decoction from the equal parts of roots of USira (khas), Bala (country mallow) and Mustaka (motha), Suhi (dried ginger), flower of Dhataki (downy grislea), stem bark of Lodhra and fruit pulp of Bilva (bael). its 14 to 28 ml. is to be taken twice in a day.

Compound Preparations

1. Caturbhadra Cura: 1 to 3 g., to be taken with honey twice a day.

2. DaSamula Kvatha: 14 to 28 ml., to be taken with 1 g. powder of Suhi (dried ginger) twice a day.

3. Siddha PraeSvara Rasa: 1 to 2 pills, to be taken with honey 4 to 6 g. thrice a day.

4.Ananda Bhairava Rasa: 250 to 500 mg., to be taken with honey 4 to 6 g. twice a day.

5. Ramabaa Rasa: 250 to 500 mg., to be taken with honey 4 to 6 g. twice a day.

6. Sajivani Vai: 1 to 2 Vai, to be taken withArdraka Svarasa (ginger juice) 5 to 10 ml. twice or thrice a day.
